Gemeente Oost Gelre - Events

Many events are organised throughout the year in the Oost Gelre region. Some examples of musical events are Paaspop in Zieuwent, the Lollipop Festival, and the Jazz Veste Val in Groenlo, and the Keifestival in Lichtenvoorde. Large cultural activities include the Summer Market, the nationally renowned Flower Parade (Bloemencorso) and Churchbell Sunday in Lichtenvoorde, and Carnival and Vestingstad parties in Groenlo. The international youth football tournaments in Zieuwent and Groenlo are important sporting events.
